Our interactive workshops are delivered by subject matter experts on a variety of healthy living focused topics. Thoughtfully planned and effectively communicated, participants are led through an engaging session where they are able to explore strategies that will enable them to manage life.

mindfulness

This workshop is a basic introduction to mindfulness-based stress reduction. Participants will learn about meditation, body awareness and yoga. Through practice and study, participants will also learn how their body handles (and can resolve) stress neurologically.

This workshop aims to cultivate states of relaxation, open minds to greater insight, and enhance physical health and sense of wellbeing for a fuller, more satisfying life.

This new workshop integrate science with the art of natural medicine to encourage mental and physical healing. Participants will be empowered by learning about the mind-body connection through nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine and understanding how nature supports the body’s innate ability to heal.

This workshop is designed to help improve mood and create more positive experiences in life. Participants will learn how to use compassion practices in daily life to feel better, improve relationships, and have greater emotional control and vitality.

This workshop introduces participants on how to recover and remain energized despite facing pressure in life. Participants will be introduced to building skills for accessing all of their capabilities under pressure, maintaining an optimistic and healthy perspective through difficult situations, and methods for managing and sustaining energy for optimal performance.

This workshop introduces practical techniques for managing stress. Participants will learn about the nature of stress, how it affects them, and the health benefits of stress management. They will be guided through techniques of relaxation, self-care and develop an awareness of how thought patterns can contribute to, or alleviate stress. Participants will learn to use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques to modulate their stress response.

Cognitive distortions are simply ways that our mind convinces us of something that isn’t really true.
